I started my cooking career at the young age of 16 years old, in my Aunt's resturant in Brooklyn, New York. It's a 4 Star high volume and always packed full with custmers. The restaurant's Name is New China Inn. Then I was drafted in the Army to serve in the Viet Nam War when I was 20 years old for 2 years.
