Jumping Ginger Smoothie

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2013
I like lemon but this was way too lemony for me. Next time I would put just the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Also would add more ice and/or make sure the water (I use filtered) was ice cold. Other than that, great smoothie with a lot of nutrients.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2007
This was delicious. I fixed this for dinner tonight and got nothing but high praise from the entire family. Followed the recipe exactly except I quadrupled the sauce and used 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into large chunks. Served it with rice and steam brocolli. This will be a regular on our menu. So easy and good.

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2007
Absolutely delicious. This will become a regular at our dinner table. The only change I made was that I used two cans of diced tomatoes (with liquid) and one 4.5 ounce can of diced chiles (with liquid), simply because I did not have Rotel on hand. Also added a little salt and pepper to taste.

Super easy and really good. I've made this using blueberries, mixed berries and a can of cherry pie mix. Each one was met with enthusiasm by my family and quickly devoured. Thanks for sharing!

Perfect Baked Potato

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2006
I will NEVER make baked potatoes any other way! I stumbled across this recipe as I was finishing up my Thanksgiving menu. As I was hungry and home alone, I fixed a potato according to this recipe (used kosher salt). It is, hands down, the best baked potato I have ever eaten! I can't say enough good things. I'd give it 20 stars if I could. Thanks so much for sharing!

Sicilian Pineapple Pork Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2006
I made this for dinner tonight and it was absolutely delicious! The only thing I did differently was used a pork tenderloin instead of a roast. My family loved it and the whole house smelled wonderful. Thanks!

Chicken Tetrazzini for a Crowd

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
Excellent recipe. Added slightly more cheese just to use up what was on hand. No leftovers and requests to make it on a regular basis. Also, I thought it was extremely easy to prepare.

Drip Beef Sandwiches

Terrific recipe. Had no leftovers. Piled the beef on Pepperidge Farm sub rolls, topped with provolone and put under the broiler until the cheese melted. Served with the au jus for dipping. Yummy!

Baked Ziti III

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2006
This is the first review I've posted and if I could give this 10 stars, I would. Made this for dinner tonight and it was fabulous. Used Bertolli's Tomato and Basil sauce, followed the recipe exactly. Everybody loved it and it was so simple to fix. This will definitely be fixed on a regular basis. Thanks for the great recipe.
