Loved, loved, loved! I refridagted the batter for about an hour. I then made sure to shake off excess batter as I dind't do this the first time when I tried this recipe, and the batter was too thick. I then put the battered shrimps on a large plate, and put in freezer until ready to fry. Used in deep fryer, and came out better than a restaurant! Got HUGE raves from everyone around. Loved the suggested sauce too of orange marmalade, mustard, & horseradish sauce. I will do this again and again! I also used the "tail-on" frozen shrimp from Costco that were already cooked. Just defrosted bag overnight in refridgator, and it was way less work to do it this way.
