Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This is just as described; juicy, tender and melts in your mouth. I left out the salt and the sugar and it was absolutely delicious. This is definitely a keeper!

Easy Salmon Cakes

A really nice way to use leftover salmon. The salmon we get to bbq is always too much for us to eat, so this is a perfect way to eat those great leftovers.

Hashbrown Casserole

Great tasting recipe! I didn't have any cornflakes so I used French's fried onions. Tasted great. Next time I will try it with Low Fat Cream of Chicken, and Fat Free Sour Cream to cut down on the fat.

Rotini Chicken Salad

This was an okay recipe. Not sure I'd make it again. Wasn't crazy about the flavor the parmesan cheese gave it nor the basil. I did not use peas in it as I felt it had enough starch with the pasta. Would recommend trying it with broccoli instead.

Rotisserie Chicken

Really great way to do chicken! I thought it was a tad bit salty as I used salted butter plus the tablespoon - next time I'll only use two teaspoons or unsalted butter and 1 tablespoon of salt.

The family loved this recipe and boy was it easy to make. I used canned chicken breast and that made it even simpler to make. A fast & easy recipe that makes a great meal in a hurry.

Simple BBQ Ribs

Great Recipe. Easy and tasty. I did the ribs on the BBQ after boiling them along with basting them with lots of KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce. They were delicious. Will definitely use this again and once winter comes, I'll try it in the oven too.

Mushroom Pork Chops

This is an exceptional recipe and while I didn't have a large enough frying pan to add the soup mixture, I placed the porkchops in a roast pan and once the rest of the ingredients were sauteed and heated I put it on top and baked it in the oven. I also subsituted garlic powder for garlic salt. The pork chops were the most tender I've eaten! Great recipe!

Simple Spinach Lasagna

A really nice change for a tasty lasagna - might use only one pkg of spinach next time and substitute other vegetables instead - it had a fairly strong spinach taste.

Nana's Apple Crisp

I modified the recipe slightly by sprinkling some cinnamon and brown sugar on top of the apples before putting the crumbs on top. It was very tasty - especially served warm with ice cream.

Chewy Crispy Coconut Cookies
