World's Best Lasagna
Tasty! I cooked the sauce for about 1/2 hr and the results were lovely still. What did I change? I put about 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg in the cheese mixture. I used 1 pound Beef (the pack was a pound) Doubled the amount of garlic. As others have suggested, you can use the no-cook pasta sheets with confidence. Over all I will use the recipe again. My husband and I are big eaters and we will get 6 serves out of this.

Cottage Meatloaf
This was really tasty and juicy. I used Steak sauce instead of ketchup. I doubled the amount of Red Pepper and added dried Mixed Italian Herbs and some Mrs Dash seasoning. I omitted the Tomato juice as it was true what another reviewer said about the meatloaf being to 'wet'. I used 1 pound of Beef and 1/2 pound of Pork as I always find it lends any beef dish a juicy and sweetness. Would make this again and again.

Mediterranean Fish Stew
As most of us do I changed this recipe a little bit...Oh I know, daring! I used two packets of fresh 'seafood herbs' from Wholefoods instead of the Parsley and Cilantro. I used chicken stock instead of water and floured the diced fish. I really cooked the sauce down for about an 1hr or so. This made the flavour nice and rich. My husband was impressed and I was too! It really is a lovely winter warmer without using cream and heavy ingredients. A Snuggie for your belly.
