Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
Great and sooo easy!!! I used Baby Rays bbq sauce. I cooked on high for 4 hrs then on low for 2hrs. Afterwards the chicken just shredded apart. I will def make for potlucks/picnics. I read that some reviews said sauce was soupy. Thats probaly cause they needed to cook longer. I thought so too, then added the extra 2hrs and it was PERFECT! Even my picky 6yr old ate it. I cant stress how tasty and easy this recipe was, def a favorite!

My family LOVES these! My grandmother raves about them and asks me to make them all the time because theyre soft. I try to incorporate other cookie recipes into the mix (including other chocolate chip ones), and the family always wants me to use this one:) Thank you Pam for a great recipe!!

Banana Blast II

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2012
Just made and it was delicious!! I emitted water, added 6 ice cubes, and used 1%milk. I added a dash of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla. I only had 2 banannas on hand but probaly would of added a 3rd or maybe some yogurt to make a tad thicker. I topped my 7yr olds with whipped cream and he chugged his down. He said "why havent you made this for me before"! It made 2 large glasses so i'd def double recipe if making for more than 2 people.

These pancakes were great! I will never use prepackaged pancake mix again! So easy. My son and boyfriend both thought they were the best pancakes ive made yet! My son is super picky about pancakes (he'll even turn his nose up at "famous" pancake houses pancakes), and immediately said "yum", when he tasted these! All of them turned out beautiful and delicious!! Thank you Kris!!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2012
YUMMMM! Made into muffins. Same cooking temp, but did 20mins. Subbed applesauce for oil, one cup white sugar, one cup brown, added touch of nutmeg, and pureed a large zucchini (peeled and deseeded). I pureed so i could trick my son into eating them. So good, i ate 4 in a row. Thanks for great recipe!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2011
Very good! Used ground turkey instead of beef and sweet itailan sausage. Used a whole bottle of beer and added 1cup water cause it was very thick. Extremely easy to make; just alot of chopping&ingredients but well worth it!!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies III

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2011
I thought these were delicious! Loved the cakey texture. I subsituted chocolate chips instead of nuts, and used half butter/half applesauce, instead of shortening. Cooked for bout 12-13 minutes. Boyfriend and my mother loved them! Both are health freaks and gobbled them up when i told them they were on the "low fat" side. Def will make again

Restaurant Style Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
Quick and easy. Doubled noodles to 3 cups. Added 4 pieces low-fat yellow sliced deli cheese, 2 1/2 cups shredded mixed cheddar, 1/2 cup skim milk, salt and pepper. After mixing on stove top per other reviewer, I added mac n cheese to well greased pan and sprinkled melted butter and seasoned bread crumb mixture over top. baked at 400degrees for 10min. Very quick and easy recipe and ingredients are always at hand. Definitely better than any box kind and a great base recipe to add to what you want. Next time im going to add chicken and broccoli.
