Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2014
Really enjoyed this recipe. Made as written first. Couple days later, made using Jules gluten free flour (so I could try). They turned out great both ways! Will definitely make again.

Barbequed Ribs

We loved this recipe! Easy and very tasty. Use Sriracha for a nice spicy rib! Have made it twice and both times was "finger lickin' good"! :)

Quick, easy, flaky and delicious. Will definitely use again! Ended up using only about 1/4 cup of water and the consistency turned out great.

Havana Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2013
This was great and everyone loved it! I forgot to put the red pepper in, but really didn't miss it. Otherwise I made according to recipe. Served with Rice and steamed broccoli. Also had crushed, warmed pineapple to put on it. That brought it over the top. We plan to use the leftovers with corn tortillas, the pineapple, fresh cilantro for some amazing tacos. Will definitely make again!

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2012
This was just okay for me as is. I think the flavor has potential though, so with some modifications (like longer marinating time and maybe some more herbs), I will definitely try it again. Thanks for sharing it!

Chicken and Rice Casserole II

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
Really enjoyed this recipe. Was a great way to use leftover turkey and a wild rice/quinoa blend I had. Made as directed, but didn't have mushrooms so omitted and replaced with broccoli. When making the cheese sauce, i just added some granulated garlic and onion as well as some sage plus salt and pepper. Very tasty! Everyone really enjoyed.

No More Salty Easter Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
We loved this recipe. Was amazed how the milk took the excess saltiness out of the ham. Served for Easter dinner. One of my guests said it was the best home-cooked ham she'd ever had! Will definitely make this again!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2012
We LOVED this dish! I made a large recipe so it was a bit time consuming in the prep, but so worth the effort! Based on other reviews, I really took my time with the cheese sauce and I made extra. It turned out perfectly. I used dry, minced onions and some jarred garlic between layers (instead of the fresh onions). With the help of my food processor, the slicing of the potatoes and shredding of the cheese was a quick and easy so it made assembly a breeze. Everyone raved and they were actually better when we reheated them today. A definite keeper!!!

Fiesta Fry Pan Dinner

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2012
My family loved this dish and I loved how easy it is to make! I made this pretty much as written except I added black beans and a little sour cream at the end to thicken it a bit. Loved the one pot cooking as well! Served with salsa and cayenne pepper for those who want a bit more spice than my daughter. Everyone gave this a big thumbs up. Will definitely make again.

Mother's Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2012
We loved this!! So easy and fast to throw together. The only changes I made were to use corn starch for the thickener (we're gluten-free) and I cooked on high for about 6 hours rather than reducing the temp. Moist, tender, delicious!!!

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2012
We really enjoyed this recipe and it was very easy. I will likely either remove or cut down on the paprika because it got a bit on the spicy side for my 9-yr old. Flavors were good and chicken was nice and tender.

Brownie Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2012
Oh so good! This recipe is very similar to one my mom makes, but hers uses shortening instead of butter. I thought hers was so good, but this is smoother and creamier. This is definitely my new 'go to' recipe for chocolate frosting. YUMMY!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2012
Very good and flavorful. The only change I made was to use about 1.5 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and 1.5 tbsp of worcestershire sauce instead of the soy sauce (didn't have any). Was wonderful and easy and my whole family loved it. I served with a brown rice and steamed broccoli. Easy and healthy!

Fluffy Gluten Free Cornbread

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
We really enjoyed this recipe! I made it as described and was amazed how truly bread-like it was. I will definitely make again. Next time, I may try adding more sweetener, likely honey or agave nectar, to up the sweetness a bit as my family tends to like it a bit sweeter. Really easy.
