Crescent Bacon-Cheddar Pinwheels

I don't know what I did wrong but the syrup didn't harden. I even left left them out overnight in an attempt to get them to harden and they were just sticky. The spices were great...I added a little cayenne for a bit of a kick. Doubt I will attempt these again.

Sugar Cookie Icing

Used this icing when I prepared the Soft Sugar Cookie recipe this year. Icing set up nicely and gave us a perfect base for the other decorations placed on the cookies. It tastes good too!

Soft Christmas Cookies

Produces an excellent cookie. They baked up fine..I cooked them slightly longer than the recipe called for but I think that is just my oven as I didn't find they firmed up enough based on the recipe instructions. They held up nicely for decorating and everyone enjoyed them. Will use this recipe in the future.

Frosted Cranberry Drop Cookies

Very good cookie..great taste. I little soft and didn't set up as much as I would have liked. Next time will increase baking time. I preferred them unfrosted..the frosting was a little too sweet for my taste. Will make them again.

Tomato and Mozzarella Bites

You can't get any easier than this. I used a balsamic glaze versus the vinegar and it was very good. Keeper!

Linda's Lasagna

I was looking for a less labor intensive recipe than my own for a quick meal for family. I didn't use cottage cheese (forgot to buy it) and used ricotta instead...excellent dish. Would recommend and will make again.

Crustless Cranberry Pie

Made this pie for both the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday and it was delicious. I made no changes to the recipe and it came out perfect. A big hit with the family. This is a keeper!
