Curried Lentils
Team spicy all the way....We scaled it up to 6 servings and used 1 1/2 cups dry lentils, 1 can coconut milk, 3 cups water, 2 cubes chicken boullion and 2 Tablespoons Hot Curry Powder. I also added about 1 tablespoon sugar and sauteed onions and garlic. Holy smokes this was good!!

Basic Crepes
I have been using this recipe for about 3 years now and my family loves them...you can make them savory and serve them as a main course for dinner or add a sweet filling and make them breakfast or dessert. So versatile and delicious...we love them w/ nutella and whipped cream...sometimes strawberries. OH MY YUMMMMM!

Stuffed Pork Chops I
I must admit I cut corners and used stove top for the stuffing but WOW was this easy and oh so delicious!!!!
