Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

This was sooo good! I didn't have a metal baking pan that I could use with a broiler, so I did the baking method listed previously using my glass baking pan. The flavor was amazing and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I can't wait to make this again.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

This was just great! Even my picky 7 year old loved it! And so easy. I'd never made pulled pork before, and I thought it would be much more difficult. My family enjoyed it with and without the BBQ sauce.
