Sugar Cookie Icing
I used this recipe for the first time last night, my son had a bake food sale and needed to take something, and he wanted to take sugar cookies. It worked great, I did have to adjust the milk a little, and I used vanilla instead of almond extract. I liked that it hardened and I could stack them so he could carry them with him. Very nice.

Basic Yankee Bread Stuffing
Very good stuffing. Followed almost exactly but I let the bread set out overnight to dry out, and I thought 2 pounds of bread really was a lot. Probably used more like a pound and a half of dried bread, and more chicken stock.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This is very good, made it today as a trial run for Thanksgiving. However I don't think I'll make it for the turkey day as I have several family members who don't like raisins in anything, and I think the dried cranberries are too close to those. Accidentally way overshot the stock, and it was still good. Baked in the oven at 350 covered for 40min, then uncovered for 15 min. Also substituted breakfast sausage.
