Oven-Fried Pork Chops
Great go-to recipe for a quick porkchop dish. I also used breadcrumbs instead of stuffing just 'cause that's what I had in the pantry. My 2 and 4 year-olds even liked it!

Irish Soda Bread I
This isn't Soda Bread. This is called Railway Cake. I swear on my Irish father's grave that Soda bread doesn't have sour cream and raisins. As far as a Railway Cake recipe is concerned, this recipe will do.

Mexican Wedding Cookies
This is my go-to recipe for Mexican Wedding Cookies. They are always a hit. Just keep an active eye on them while they're baking; they are a little temperamental.
