Best Ever Cheese Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2006
This recipe didn't go over so well at the family get-together. Even the kids didn't eat it. It was very smooth although rubbery in texture.

Cinnamon-Roasted Almonds

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2002
***WARNING*** MAY CAUSE ADDICTION! I have used this recipe with pecans and even non-nut eaters loved them. I did use more cinnamon than listed. Put them in decorative tins/bags and they make wonderful gifts.

The Ultimate Brownie

Reviewed: May 14, 2005
I cut the recipe in half using the customizer, perhaps that was the problem? My husband and daughter drowned them with chocolate syrup so they would be palatable.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2002
These cookies are "okay". I used less flour than called for because, as mentioned by others, the dough gets real crumbly. They are very crispy, but I prefer a more tender cookie.

Extreme Banana Nut Bread 'EBNB'

Reviewed: May 21, 2005
A good bread, but the flavor of the butter almost overpowers the banana. It is very moist which is great as I hate a dry banana bread. I also made some muffins with this recipe and they turned out good.

Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2002
Very good recipe! I halved the butter and oil amounts with great results. I also sautéed some crushed garlic in the butter while the chicken cooked shortly before adding the mushrooms and wine. I used 3/4 cup red table wine, but next time I'll add more wine and mushrooms.
