Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff
This was good but a little too salty. I had to used chicken cubes because that is all that I had. I also added a little more tomato paste to taste. To dull the saltiness, I added some milk.

Sweet French Toast
My husband loved these. I used whole grain bread, soy milk and granola instead of corn flakes. He said, they feel healthy :) Great recipe for a fast yet delicious breakfast!

High Altitude Deep Dish Brownies
I live in Quito, which is 9895 ft above sea level. Brownies are one of the most difficult treats to make here. But, these passed the test. Not only against the altitude, but with all of my High School Home Ec students. Thank you for contributing this recipe!
