Great, delicious, and authentic! This recipe was perfect! I used 4 lbs of oxtail and doubled the recipe. I used a pressure cooker and happy I did. Nothing bad to say, we loved it!

Arroz con Pollo (Chicken and Rice)

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
Absolutely Delicious !!! Extremely easy to make, and cooks fairly quickly. Cheap meal that feeds alot of people and tastes great ! Would def reccommend to others. Very authentic tasting. My only thing to point out is , the chicken doesnt shred of the bone, so at the end take a fork and pull apart chicken from the bones and mix in. That is if you prefer it that way.

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2013
Made this for the first time for my sons birthday party. It was a HIT! Everyone raved about it and gobbled it up. Whatever was left was taken home as left overs! Easy simple recipe to follow with great results, you can't go wrong. I used pork shoulder with bone in. I cut off the skin and fat from the top, placed it in the slow cooker with the bone. When it was done, the meat fell of the bone, and I shredded it. It was only .79 a pound for the pork shoulder. Ibought 17 lbs and used 2 slow cookers. It was 2 shoulders about 8lbs each.
