Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2013
Made for my boyfriend and his group of friends for the first time... followed the recipe to a T using chicken breasts and thighs instead and it turned out AMAZING!!! Received so many compliments on the taste and tenderness of the chicken. In fact, I was told I could out sell any chinese restaurant.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
Really the best recipe ever! I have been complimented many times to make this over and over. Very simple.. followed the recipe as followed and it turned out great! Also, this was my first time making a pie and it was perfect. Tweaked the nutmeg and cinnamon combination a bit to my liking.

American Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
GREAT lasagna! I am Jamaican and know nothing about making lasagna!! I made this for my American boyfriend who loves his mom's lasagna and he LOVED it!! Very simple to make. I used 2lbs. of beef because I like mine to be meaty and I still think I could used some more meet.. also I only need 9 lasagna noodles in a 9x13 dish. There is soooo much leftover... definitely one recipe to keep for reference!

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
Really easy! Add everything in the recipe and it will turn out great!!! My boyfriend's mom makes this for him (a different recipe) and when I made this for him.. he said it tasted even better!! ONLY advice I would say is that it takes longer than 45 minutes... so spread it out in a flat pan (makes 2) and it will bake through more evenly

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
Turned out great! Used 2 shoulder chops from the grocery store. Wanted to surprise my boyfriend with something different since we always eat chicken and beef. He LOVED it! Followed the recipe to a tee and it was great. Even though the reduction took a while longer than suggested, the flavors were amazing. Also, I cooked the lamb for about 7-8 minutes on each side because at 3 ins it was still VERY raw on the inside. WIll be making again!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2011
Fool proof! Made this for the first time for my boyfriend and his friends at a dinner party and they LOVED it! It made three medium sized loaves and 1 1/2 of it was gone by the end of the night!
