Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
fantastic! i've made these hundreds of times and perfect everytime! real crowd pleaser =) it works best to bake potatoes in the oven but if you are in a hurry, microwave works too, just have to be more delicate with the skins

Monster Cookies II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
perfect cookies! recipe is amazing without any changes! the 3rd time i made these, i used less m&ms and added white chocolate chips and it was really great. keep a close eye on them in the oven so they dont over cook and are still chewy!

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
this is a very good recipe!! i omitted the capers and olives (personal preference) and it tastes amazing! i even used it as a dipping sauce for grilled chicken (even better if you mix with ranch) but used the next day for seafood (breaded shrimp, crabcakes, smoked salmon) and it was SO GOOD! i loved it! so easy to make and definately a keeper! thanks for sharing!
