Classic Creamy Coleslaw

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
Awesome Coleslaw! I have to cut the recipe down as I am only cooking for 2. I use 1 head cabbage (green or red) 2 carrots and 2 celery stcks all shredded. and I divide by 3 for the other ingredients and add more if needed for taste! I have made this twice now and really like it! Thank you!

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2012
This was very good! I am defiantely making this again. My husband who is a meat and potatoes guy, did enjoy this. Just a few changes: I added deep-browned beans in tomato sauce and I drained everything except the canned tomatoes (italian) to make it thicker. Also used fresh herbs as I am growing my own herbs and I am not a fan of green peppers, so I used yellow and red. I used peaches and cream whole corn and it added a sweetness that was incredible.

Stuffed Bell Peppers

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2012
These are really good. The only thing I changed was I did not have TVP as I live in a small town and no one here carries that, I substituted navy white beans, I precooked them to almost done and precooked the rice to done. I left tops on my peppers, for appearance.

Anytime Almonds

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
These are pretty darn yummy! I had raw almonds so I kept them in the oven for about 22 mins which was perfect, just keep an eye on them if you do not want them to burn. Every Oven is different.
