Yummy! I seasoned mine to taste with: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parmesan. Oh my! Yummy! Cooked about 12 minutes for me. Definitely a keeper.

Mom's Cucumber Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2012
I'm rating this 5 stars AFTER my alterations. First: you MUST salt and let sit for at least one hour to allow for the liquid to drain off. Drain the liquid THEN add the sauce, otherwise its too runny. Second: For those of you like me who love garlic add about 2 medium sized cloves minced. Third: Add about 1 tblsp or even 2 of FRESH DILL! makes all the difference. And lastly: refrigerate 4 hours or overnight for the flavors to really meld! Enjoy alongside grilled chicken/steak and roasted potatoes, yummy!

Country-Style Grilled Ribs

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
I added 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the pan, along with salt, pepper and garlic and baked at 350 for hour and a half. I used whiskey instead of apple cider vinegar and left out the celery seed. Added some garlic powder and extra brown sugar (1-3 tbs). LOVE IT!!!

Tzatziki Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2011
Good, but missing 2 VITAl steps. 1. Using a CHEESE CLOTH, strain the yogurt for about an hour. 2. SHRED the cucumber into a bowl. Add salt and let sit for 30 min. Then SQUEEZE the water out of handfuls of cucumber at a time. Place in another bowl. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. This will make a creamy, flavorful sauce just like it was from Greece. Enjoy!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2010
Absolutely wonderful. I added creole seasoning instead of seasoning salt and made my own bread crumbs. I pan fried the pork chops in extra virgin olive oil which gave a nice flavor. And with my gravy I deglazed the same pan I used to pan fry the pork with the wine and turned it on low to simmer some onions and asparagus. Then added fat free cream of mushroom and milk.. OH MY.. So good!! With organic brown rice and a nice green salad. Beautiful dinner!
