Condensed Milk Chocolate Frosting
I modified this recipe: I added maybe 1/2c of semi-sweet baking chips and no water. I also added peppermint extract and a bit of instant coffee powder as the chocolate flavor just wasn't coming thru. Mine got thick but still pourable when it cooled. I wonder if that is because of the baking chips...otherwise it might have been runnier. Maybe cooled in the fridge it would be frosting texture. But I liked this as a SUPER easy cake topping. No long beating, clouds of sugar, and worries it might melt like buttercream.

Cajun Chicken Pasta
Note:I made changes so take that into consideration with my rating. 1) Replaced Heavy cream with milk. 2)Used faux chicken :) 3)No green onion so 1 Tb regular used. -------------I had to amp up the seasonings and sprinkled some crushed pepper, thyme, & oregano. It was actually nice & creamy without all the heavy cream fat added. I think rosemary & fresh garlic would be good too. Next time I might use 1/2c less milk, try a "drier" pasta. Pretty quick to make.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup
Not only tasty but REALLY simple to make. Just dump four ingredients together! I sauted some jalapeno with extra cumin first though. Then added beans, broth, and salsa! No blending. Yummo!
