This was a great recipe, we had it for dinner last night! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because I made a couple of tweaks to the recipe. I used maple sausage instead of bacon and added half to the mix, I cut the sugar to 2 tsp, added a little extra cheese in the mix and baked at 375 for about 25 minutes for it to set in the middle. It came out pretty well, although my hubby and I both agreed that it could have either used a little more maple syrup in the recipe or as others have suggested some syrup topping. I will definitely be making this again and am already planning to make it for my parents when I go home on Christmas morning!
