Venison Meat Loaf

This was delicious!! Though we like venison, you couldn't even tell it was venison! Loved the mustard glaze - so different than typical BBQ or ketchup, it was a nice surprise. I did use 1lb of venison as opposed to 1.5 (as that's all we had) and used cider vinegar as someone else mentioned, but those were the only changes - thanks so much Liz!

Mint Tea Punch

love this - so refreshing! i've tried it with mango black tea and with cranberry pomegranate tea - both turned out amazing! i did cut the sugar back to 3/4 cup, but that's totally preferance. delicious!

Classic Cinnamon Rolls

o.m.g. these were AMAZING. i was totally thrown off by using mashed potatoes, but they turned out delicious! i had to use much more than 8.5 cups of flour - probably closer to 10.5! and they turned out delcious. also had closer to 35 (unevenly sized) rolls than 24 - which was great. :) thanks for the recipe - definitely a winner!!

Garlic Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

This was DELICIOUS!! Added some Italian seasonings to it for an extra kick of flavor, peeled the garlic (I didn't want to deal with it later), and only used about a tbsp of maple syrup - AMAZING! This will be worked in to the regular rotation!

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

The BEST homemade sweet & sour sauce ever! It will go great with any kind of meat. I realized I didn't have any corn starch, so I substituted flour with no problem. The meatballs were just ok. A bit boring. But the sauce? Amazing. I also doubled the sauce and am glad I did - I'd hate to see how little of sauce would have been left if I left it single. Will def make this again!

Waffles I

These pancakes were so light and fluffy! Great basic recipe! We followed the recommendations in the reviews and separated the eggs and whipped the whites (and put the yolks in with the wet ingredients). We also added in a few spices (cinnamon & nutmeg) to add in some extra flavor. Will definitely make these again.

Baked Ziti I

The flavors were pretty good, we ended up adding a mix of Italian spices to punch up the flavor a bit and ended up using more cheese (because, well, there's never enough cheese!). Overall, although this was good, it wasn't the ziti I was looking for and will continue the search.
