Homemade Wonton Soup

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2012
Surprisingly easy and delicious! I used low sodium chicken broth, and omitted the salt. I also put two times the amount of green onion and mushroom into the wonton mix in hopes of a lighter more flavorful wonton. Really pleased with the end product!

Caramels

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2011
I didn't have whole whipping cream, or corn syrup so i really questioned the turn out of this recipe. I substituted white sugar (1cup) and (1/3) cup of water for the corn syrup. Used 1 1/2 cups of milk with 2/3 cup of butter instead of the whole cream... I also used a non stick pot, i remember reading one of the reviews that this tends to ruin or at least diminish the outcome. My caramels turned out amazing! Don't be scared to deviate a little, it just might work!!

Banana Oat Muffins

These are fabulous! Substitute orange juice for the milk, and use only 1/2 cup of sugar. In place of white flour i used whole wheat. Wonderful recipe :)

Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2011
This is delicious dressing, although i changed two things. In place of vegetable oil, i used olive oil. I also substituted (using less) pure maple syrup instead of the sugar.
