I was making this for a gift and messed up the first batch by not pressing down after each layer... The flour wouldn't all fit in the jar. As a result, I had to make some for myself, and WOW... They are delicious!!

Classic Goulash

This was fantastic... Just the right combination of spices! I had to make some alterations based on what I had available (only 1 can tomato sauce, garlic & onion diced tomatoes, and 3 cups gluten free mac)

Pumpkin Cake III

Wonderful, moist cake. Made in a bundt pan and added cream cheese filling by mixing 8 oz cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and adding it around center of batter before baking. Frosted with "Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting" from this site. Perfect!!

Hot Chocolate Mix II

This is VERY good... Better than packets!! We did add 2 boxes Choc Cook & Serve pudding as suggested by other reviewers. Also, I mix with 1/2 milk, 1/2 water (I have always done this)... Makes it very rich and creamy!
