Pumpkin Cheesecake I

Fantastic recipe! My huband LOVES this cheesecake - I made it with graham cracker crust, but that's the only change I made. A definite for making again!

Boston Cream Pie I

Great recipe - I found that the recipe for the cake didn't make enough for two 9" cakes... and doubling the recipe made two really thick ones (and the batter was REALLY thick). But despite this, it turned out really good. This was a special request from my husband for his birthday, and he loved it. I didn't find the cake dry at all, the custard turned out well, and the icing was great. Now, if only the recipe actually made enough batter for two smaller cakes, that would be great. :) I think I'll make this one again. :)

'Got Some Crust' Macaroni and Cheese

This was YUUUMMMMY!! I made it with different pasta, and it didn't turn out to be enough, so I had to bake it in a smaller pan, but it was SO GOOD. Both my husband and I wanted to eat the entire batch (if we could fit that much in our tummmie). :)

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

My Husband LOVED this meatloaf... and so did I! Instead of the pineapple preserves, I actually just added the pineapple juice from a tin of pineapples (and saved the pieces for dessert). The sauce infiltrated the meatloaf. It was a saucy, delicious loaf of goodness. Will definitely become a weekly dinner!

Quick and Easy Yorkshire Pudding

I get RAVE reviews every time I make this recipe... I don't like bacon, so making Yorkshire with bacon fat or roast drippings is unpalatable. Pouring the batter on the melted butter gives the top of the Yorkshire a deeeelicious salty, buttery flavour (I always use salted butter). My #1 recipe on here! :)
