Saltine Toffee Cookies

I love this recipe! I use graham crackers instead. I find they taste better. I also use a 9x13 pyrex cake pan which I think is easier to manage.

I have never made a pumpkin pie before so I chose this one because it was so easy... I mean really all you have to do is put the ingredients into a blender! There are a few things I would have changed however. The pie wasn't sweet enough so I think if I make it again I am going to add more sugar. Also, as the recipe states it makes a lot. I poured my batter into a nine inch pie crust and I still had about a cup of batter left. I will think splitting the batter between two smaller pies would be best.

Cinnamon Rolls I

I am new to baking with breads so I chose this recipe because it seemed very simple; which it was. However my rolls did not rise very much at all. I am not sure if it was the yeast or if the water I added to the yeast in the beginning was either too hot or too cold. I am going to have to continue to work on that. Otherwise the recipe was straight forward and easy to follow. For icing I just mixed half of a stick of butter with two cups powdered sugar and two tablespoons milk. And presto my rolls were ready! Thanks for the recipe!
