Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Stroganoff does NOT get any easier than this. A restaraunt near us serves a prime beef stroganoff that's wonderful, and still this beats it out by a mile. Who would have thought cream cheese would make such a difference! Thanks for the submission!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

There just isn't a way to describe how easy and delicious this is. I added a little cocoa powder to about 1/3 of the mix and swirled it in to make chocolate peanut butter fudge. Very Yummy!

Better Than Best Fried Chicken

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

This isn't a creamy dish, but it is amazingly tasty. I used seasoned croutons instead of breadcrumbs the second time around, because the crumbs made it taste a little blah. I like the mustard/worcestershire/hot pepper combo, which gave the dish a wonderful tangy feel. Thanks for the submission!

Urban Legend Chocolate Chip Cookies

I left the oats whole, and used chocolate baking chunks instead of the smaller chips, but believe me when I say I have NEVER had a more delicious chocolate chip cookie. They stayed soft after being out uncovered all night, then remained soft in a ziplock bag for 5 days. I will make this my only chocolate chip recipe from here on out. Thanks for the submission!

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

A fantastic cinnamon roll recipe that my Husband asks me to make again and again so he can take it to work for his coworkers. I get about 24 large rolls from this yield. The dough looks a little sticky at first, but if you keep a healthy amount of flour close and keep adding as needed through the 5 minute knead, it firms up beautifully. Another reviewer suggested the cream cheese frosting, and I won't ice them with anything else...it really makes them bakery quality. To repeat the posted frosting recipe, it's : 1/2 cup butter, softened 8 ounces cream cheese 4 cups confectioners' sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Directions 1 Beat softened butter and cream cheese until well blended. 2 Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Makes 2 Cups.

Banana Crumb Muffins

This is a terrific recipe...I loved making it and loved the smell of it baking even more! I found that I had to bake them for 26 minutes instead of the recommended 18-20 for the toothpick to come out clean, but who cares! The result is an irresistable, yummy muffin.

Savory Chicken Breasts

I was apprehensive to try this recipe. It looked way too simple and bland to be anything good...but I was TOTALLY WRONG. It's amazing how such a simple mix of basic ingredients was so delicious! I make my own croutons at home, and as another person suggested here substituted croutons for the crackers. Simply amazing...thank you for a great recipe

Baked Pesto Chicken

Though it may be quick and easy, I thought this particular dish was terrible. Being a chicken lover and a pesto lover, I didn't see how it could go wrong...but in the end I felt it to be bland and oily. The chicken was tender, but flavorless. I won't be making this again

Ann's Sister's Meatloaf Recipe

I used Heinz 57 sauce instead of the ketchup on top and substituted it for the tomato sauce inside to make it a little "zippier". This was a big hit, and we make a bigger meatloaf just to ensure left overs for next-day sandwiches.
