Chicken in Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2011
From the title, I expected a sauce that tasted like Sun Dried Tomatoes, but instead, I was treated to a sauce heavily flavored with brine. The Combination of Kalamata olives, and canned artichoke hearts was overpowering, to say the least. I used the chicken broth instead of the white wine, as suggested, and I'm glad I did. If you ENJOY the pickled taste of canned artichoke hearts, and you enjoy the briny taste of Kalmata olives, then you will love this recipe. If you find either of those tastes distasteful, then this is not the recipe for you. They overpower the sun-dried tomatoes till the only thing they are good for is a splash of color.

Linda's Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
This recipe was very good, and unlike others, I followed the recipe exactly. I did not substitute anything or add anything. That said, this recipe had way too much salt in it for my taste. After eating it, I experienced a blood pressure spike. Next time I make it I will be cutting the salt back to 1 teaspoon. As for the others who say to replace the cottage cheese with ricotta, you really don't need to. This is delicious. Also, if you like Stouffers Lasagna, they use cottage cheese instead of ricotta in theirs. :)

Authentic Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: May 11, 2013
CHicken Tikka Masala is my favorite dish when I go out to eat in an Indian restaurant. This recipe did not disappoint! I made the recipe exactly the way I was instructed. I thought I didn't change the recipe, but as I started writing this I realized I forgot to add the whipping cream to it! Nobody even noticed! It was soo tasty! And leaving the whipping cream out REALLY cut out a lot of calories! I don't do much cooking with peppers, so I learned the hard way that a green chile pepper is the same thing as an Anaheim pepper. The dish came out mildly spicy. I did need to blow my nose after eating it, but it didn't scald my tongue. The taste is delicious! I love it! I wouldn't change a thing on it! The whipping cream is totally optional in my opinion.
