I'm giving this 2 stars only because the flavor was good. Rolling out the dough was difficult. The vanilla seem ok but the chocolate was to dry. I followed the recipe exactly. When I tried to slice the cookies they crumbled apart. I salvaged the cookie by placing mounds of crumbled dough on sheet and pressing it down with a glass. They looked strange but tasted good. I am looking for a different pinwheel recipe.

Amazing Pecan Coffee Cake

I have made this twice to take to church functions and got rave reviews each time. The only changes that I made was to double the topping. I put half of the batter into a greased and floured pan, sprinkled half the topping on, dolloped the remaining batter on then gently spread out and sprinkled the remaining topping on. I did cut the sugar in the cake by 1/2 cup because of adding the topping in the middle.

Spinach and Feta Turkey Burgers

Definitely a keeper. My 7 year old grandson loved them and ask me to make them again. I followed the recipe exactly as printed and had no problems. Makes sure you squeese the spinach dry and chop it more. I also refrigerated the burgers for 1 hour before putting on the grill. I brushed both sides with oil before grilling to prevent them from sticking..

Orange Tapioca Salad

I made this for a luncheon meeting. It got rave reviews. Everyone wanted the recipe. I have never seen instant tapioca so I used regular. I also added 2 cups mini marshmallows as others suggested. It made the salad go further and didn't take away from the flavor. Will definitely make again.

Coconut Cream Meringue Pie

Excellent! I have made this recipe twice and it turned out perfect each time. The last time I doubled it and the results were the same.The meringue stays nice and cuts without sticking to the knife.

Pumpkin Cake III

Pineapple Fudge

I decided to make this even though the ratings were not that good. Like others I followed the recipe to the letter. It did set up and had a good taste but was very grainy. Like crystalized sugar. I will not make again.

Chicken Enchiladas I

This was very good. My family really enjoyed it. I read the reviews before making and left out the water as suggested. I agree it would have been to soupy with the water, it was still a little messy putting together. I left it bake longer also until it was bubbling in the center about 35 minutes. I diffently will make again.

Out of this World Turkey Brine

This was great. The turkey was so moist and had a wonderful flavor. I was concerned about the stuffing being to salty so I left out the salt in my stuffing recipe. It turned out perfect. Will never make turkey again with out brining it first.
