Baked Spaghetti

I rate this 5 stars with a couple of changes from the first time I cooked this. First, I used ground turkey instead of beef. While the turkey was cooking I sprinkled a liberal amount of Italian seasoning on it. It added an awesome flavor this time around. Also, as some of the other reviews mentioned, you really, really need 2 jars of sauce. I used the Bertolli Tomato Basil. Other reviews mentioned ricotta instead of cottage cheese. I though the cottage cheese worked fine. This was a hit at my house! Quick and easy to prepare on a work night. Thanks for the recipe.

Grandma's Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

I gave this 5 stars because it was super easy to make. Don't let the header "takes a little bit of work" may you shy away. I thought it was very simple. I like a thin gravy and this suited me fine. I did add scallions while cooking the garlic the garlic. Perfect with mashed potatos, sour cream & chives. Delicious.

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Really like this. We eat asparagus weekly so it's nice to shake it up a little. I was afraid the soy sauch would overpower it but it was perfect. I added a little more butter than the recipe calls for.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

I am not a chili person and quite honestly, I rarely eat it. However, this is the only chili I will eat. It has a flavor unlike no other. Not too lumpy. Just enough of a good bite of hot spice. LOVE IT!! Makes plenty with enough to freeze as well. You won't regret trying this recipe. Everytime I make it the crowd is pleased!!

Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

This was a huge hit with my family. Very easy to make. My son told me it was "restaurant quality". I served this dish with roasted potatos and onions but it would be great with pasta.
