Came out great using springform pan. Made 3 big cookies. Followed others advice and only used 2 c of flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and doubled the vanilla. Also used 1 c all purpose and 1 c white whole wheat. 20 min at 350 was perfect for a very moist cookie with nice firm edges! Decorated with "cookie icing" recipe found on here and chocolate ganache, yum!
