Curry Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2011
Love, love, love, love, love! Easy, quick and delicious! This soup had wonderful rich flavor with a nice kick at the end. It was devoured. I made it for a party I was going to and served it as soup shooters. I put a small dollop of sour cream and then the onions as a garnish. They were a huge hit. Thanks for the great recipe that will be a staple in our home from now on.

Bottom Round Roast with Onion Gravy

I read the reviews and was very tempted to try this recipe, based on the simplicity alone. It was perfect! I can't imagine anything easier and the meat was cooked to perfection. Just be sure you control your urge to open the door and you will be fine. Thanks for the recipe.

So easy and so yummy. My company gobbled it all up. I read many reviews and followed some of the other's advice. You really can't go wrong with this recipe. Simple, no mess, moist and flavorful. Two thumbs up!

My family loves this recipe.... I love how easy it is. I do add more seasoning as my family loves garlic and onion flavors.

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2009
Love, love, love! I wish I could marry this recipe!!! I followed the tips from other reviewers (1/2c apple sauce 1/2c oil and increased the zucchini to 3 cups) I made a couple of changes of my own too - using eggbeaters instead of eggs, used an entire orange for the zest and sprinkled the top with pumpkin spice and raw sugar. It was fantastic! My two boys kept making gagging noise saying it was gross to make bread out of zucchini - HA! They devoured it! Thanks for a great recipe and for helping to prove once again, that mommy knows best!!

Sesame Noodles

This recipe blew us all out of the water it was so fantastic! My husband made it and added his own "flavor" to recipe. He used 1/2 the sugar, and omited the scallions (we were out) Even our pickiest eaters fell in love. Thanks Scoopnana! You rock!!

This was fantastic! I made the Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells, then filled with the apples, topped with ice cream then a little extra sauce from the apple recipe and what a hit. Fast, simple and delicious!!! Big hit!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2007
We all hope to leave this world a little better when our time here on earth is done. I think it is clear that Grandma Ople did just that. She has graced the tables of thousands of homes with her wonderful recipes. They are an amazing legacy that will be passed down from one generation to another in many different households. Thank you to her loving granddaughter who gave us such a sweet gift. This is by far the best recipe I have ever-ever-ever had. Thank you, Grandma Ople.

Mother's Pasties

Loved it, but I was in a hurry and changed it a bit to save time. I used ready made pie crust that you roll out. It was fantastic. Brushed crust with butter and sprinkled with Mrs. Dash.

Easy Chicken Marsala

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2007
Love it, love it! I too double or triple the sauce so that we can have extra for pasta. The only change I made, was to use evaporated milk instead of cream. Every little bit of calorie and fat cutting counts. In this case as in many when you use the evaporated milk in place of creams and regular milk products, you get all of the creaminess and not so much of the fat. It is also a real $$ saver. If you have champagne taste but only have beer budget, you will like this substitute. I promise!

Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2005
This is my all time favorite comfort food! The only changes I made, were to use Egg Beaters, reduced fat cheddar cheese, reduced fat or fat free mayo, reduced fat Ritz and fat free cream of mushroom soup. Since this is such a flavorful recipe, you really cannot tell the difference at all. We did a side by side taste comparison – no difference. Too much time on our hands I guess, but we saved a bunch of fat and calories!
