Chili Dog Casserole II

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2011
OMG...this is soooooooo good! I made it exactly as the recipe said, but added one more can of chili. Next time, I will make it with homemade chili and add some onions. This casserole is amazing! i disagree with the review telling you to cook the hot dogs ahead of time. It is not necessary! Just leave it in the oven a few more minutes, duh!

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2011
Really, really good! I left out the parm cheese, just seemed to weird, and I didn't want to have to throw it out (I made a HUGE batch of it).I also added hard boiled egg (old habits are hard to break!) The curry powder is amazing in this dish. I will try the parm next time when I make a small batch.

Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Really good soup base, but needs a lot more spices. I also added a can of cannelini beans and some zucchini. Definitely a recipe with potential!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
Something is missing in this recipe. I added a sliced onion, garlic, and worshteshire sauce, and it still tasted blah. I think this recipe has potential, but the meat needs to be seasoned somehow. I will try again, maybe pan searing the meat before putting in the slow cooker.

Stewed Cabbage

A little bland, I had to add a lot of spices. Also, I added another can of tomatoes. Added sliced Italian sausage at the end. Pretty good with a few changes....
