Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
Great recipe! I did follow other reviewers and added 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and less salt by 1/2 tsp. I also mixed by hand as I mixed most of my cookies by hand. I find using a hand mixer or food processor makes the batter too funny, and cookie batter should be more firm. This recipe totally worked and I don't think the 1/2 tsp additional of baking soda is necessary as long as you mix it by hand. You won't need to refrigerate either! Cookies came out nicely, not flat at all.

Smoked Salmon Chowder
Great recipe! Didn't use bacon cause we're trying not to eat as much meat, and also didn't use the corn cause I didn't have any. Makes a huge portion following this recipe and I needed 2 large pots because I didn't have one large enough to fit it all! I'll most likely half it next next. But I froze what we didn't eat and it was great once re-heated again. Very yummy and full of flavour! Thanks!!!!

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread
The reviews don't lie! This recipe is fantastic! Wish I'd doubled it to make more. I followed most of the recommendations and beat the butter for 15 mins, and added a teaspoon of vanilla. Baked for 10-12 mins also. 15 mins would have made then way too brown for my oven, but all ovens vary so just keep an eye on them. Definitely will become my go to shortbread recipe for the holidays! Thanks so much!!!!
