I am a mom of an 11 year old. I am a loan processor and therfore have very little time to cook. i enjoy quick meals with lots of flavor. Italian and Mexican food are my favorite!! Christmas at my aunts home. All of the women get in the kitch and cook up a storm. The guys just relax and goof around. I have perfected a made from scratch new york style cheesecake. People request it very often. Tried to make salmon patties when ny husband and I were first married. I did not add enough flour and the patties fell apart. My husband took one look at that mess in the pan and said no way!!! I was heart broken.
