Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This very good, but i will try again with a few changes. Couldn't find turkey sausage so i just used reg pork sausage. I saw the other reviews liked the sage sausage but was afraid to try it here because i don't like. Will definitely use fresh herbs next time as well. I didn't use turkey liver and it was fine without it. I think i will also try a juicy apple next time too braeburn or gala.

Perfect Turkey
This is the best turkey yet. I didn't have the dry white wine so i used chicken broth which worked just fine. Will try the wine next time though. I didn't read the entire recipe when I started the brine and my turkey was only about 10 lbs so ivwas worried it would be too salty, but it was great. The water was completely saturated with a lot of salt left in the bottom of the pan so it worked anyway.

Blue Ribbon Sugar Cookies
These were very good. Took another reviews suggestions and added 2 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp lemon. Tasted great, any more lemon would be too much i think. These were VERY greasy though. I accidentally melted the butter instead of creamed it so maybe that was why???Either way I will definitely try again it tasted good even though i added more flour to combat the greasiness.
