Salsa Onion Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
Awesome! Been using the onion soup mix with sour cream since I was a child (and that was a looong time ago lol.) Used this recipe with hot salsa and no Tabasco and it was a complete hit with all asking it for Christmas as well! Thank you Thank you!

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2013
Really really good! I prepared the chicken breasts scallopini-style, brown them and left the whole mixture to marinate for a 6 hours in fridge. Came home and dinner was ready in 20 minutes and tasted awesome!!! Husband announced that he is having the rest for lunch tomorrow! Thank you thank you Moonandback!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2013
Be prepared for an ITALIAN burger! I did halve the oil (dependant on the fat/meat ratio of your hamburger meat that you start with) and also the basil (skittish husband :) but they were great! Don't even think about ketchup/mustard...go with mozz cheese and a little ragu sauce!

Came out perfect.... I marinated the chicken cutlets with a freshly chopped basil, oregano, parsley, virgin olive oil (very little) paste and followed directions from there. Chicken was moist and tender. Spaghetti, salad and garlic bread. Great for Italian night!!

Alice Chicken

Reviewed: May 5, 2013
I loved the idea but had to sub just a little. I broiled the chicken cutlets and then added the bacon (cut up), sauteed mushrooms and poured alfredo sauce over all, broil another 5 minutes and serve. will def try the honey mustard next!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
Really nice just a little bland for our taste. Will use seasoning next time. I used 1/2 oil, 1/2 butter but would use all butter next time. Also I used 1/2 & 1/2 and that worked out fine . Served with rice and stir fry veggies! Very elegant dish !
