Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
This was so easy to make. I used (green) spinach fettuccini, both red and yellow pepper, and used cooking cream instead of Sour Cream (didn't have any). For real flavor, grate your own Parmesan Cheese and don't add any salt. I included 2 shakes of cayenne pepper which added to the mildly spicy kick. Mmmmm. I didn't add any meat, but may add mushrooms the next time I make this.

Indian-Style Rice with Cashews, Raisins and Turmeric
Very good. After reading other reviews, I increased spices. Increased Tumeric to 1/3 tsp , added 1/4 tsp Curry powder, 2 tbsp onion, two shakes Cayenne powder (had no pepper flakes) and a shake of Cinnamon. I didn't have Cashew nuts so tried Walnut but not keen, so used Salted Peanuts which worked well. Raisins are a must.

King Crab Appetizers
After reading the reviews, I used Phyllo Cups, added a little garlic, dash cayenne, doubled the green onions and crabmeat. Also had leftover chive/onion cream cheese, so use half of that mixed with low-fat cream cheese. These were a big hit with my friends. I had some leftover filling, which I baked and served as a hot dip and served with crackers.
