Hearty Ham Casserole
I was really worried about making this recipe because my family (there are 6 of six of us) doesn't care for casseroles. It's rare to find something that everyone likes, but this recipe was a HUGE hit. Everyone asked me to double this next time. I did add a few more potatoes, a little less onion and I used cheddar cheese. Yummy!
