Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was my first time making a cheesecake, I followed the directions but when the cheesecake baked it rose above the springform pan and cracked on the edges. It also got really dark brown even though I only baked it for the directed 60 min's. I left it in the oven for about 5 hours and when I removed it was really cracked so I don't know if I over mixed the batter or what. I did make one mistake and didn't place the pan on a cookie sheet so I'll correct that the next time. I'll try it again though to see if I get a different outcome.

Chicken with Rice and Gravy

Made this tonight and it was pretty good. I wish I had read some of the other reviews as the gravy was a bit bland. Will definitely use chicken broth the next time around. Chicken turned out well and was very tasty.

Pork Tenderloin Diablo

Made this tonight and really enjoyed it. I mistakenly bought beef broth instead of chicken but the sauce still tasted wonderful. Will definitely make this again in the near future with the chicken broth to see what difference there is in the sauce.

Glazed Meatloaf II

This glaze is amazing as well as the meatloaf. I added seasoned bread crumbs instead of the bread and omitted the lemon juice from the loaf as I didn't have any and it turned out great. Thanks for the recipe!!

Bacon for the Family or a Crowd

I have been making bacon like this for a short time, however instead of just placing the bacon in a shallow pan I use a rack and no turning is needed. After lining the pan with foil I place a wire rack on the foil lined pan and then spray it with a little Pam to ease in cleanup. After cooking I just put the rack in the dishwasher and it cleans up great. I have also found that to make it to my liking I need to bake the bacon for at least 25-30 minutes minimum as I like crispy bacon.
