Caldo De Res (Beef Soup)

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2001
Love this soup. Simple to make, and tastes great. I added some dried habenero chilis to make it spicy (3 is too many for most people). Next time I make it, I will only put in 1-2.

Caramels I

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2001
This is great caramel. I halved the recipe cause when I do the whole one it overflows my pan. Time for a new pan, everyone loved these!

I really liked the spiciness. Just right for me. I put too much water in but it still came out great!

I go with others on this. It tasted okay but was dry. I wouldn't do it again.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2002
The flavor just didn't get through the chicken. I liked the taste, but I don't like breasts, would use thighs and legs next time.

Cabbage Roll Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2002
I loved this. Easy to put together, I halved it since the full recipe was too much for 2 of us. I seasoned my meat and then did not add salt and used 1/2 diced tomatoes and 1/2 tomatoe sauce cause my dad used to make cabbage rolls that had chunks of tomato in the sauce. I also cooked it about 10 more minutes to make sure the cabbage was just right! Thanks!

Lemon Crisps

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2005
I really like the cookies! I had a bunch of lemons on my tree, so I added fresh squeezed lemon to the mix (a little more than 1 tblsp). I also found I had to cook them 18-20 minutes in my oven. Don't know if it is the pan I used, or the oven! I also iced the cookies with the Lemon Frosting recipe I found on this site, ymmy!

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2005
I didn't put all 2.25 cups of sugar in at the end, it still tastes great. I did put more lemon juice in since I just pulled a bunch of fresh lemons off my tree..mmmmm!

Cheesecake Bars

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2005
Instead of chopped walnuts, I suggest "finely chopped walnuts" for the base. Also, more cheesecake filling would be better...But it tasted great!

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
Loved this, so simple but tastes great. I used dried minced onion instead of onion powder. I also used dark and light meat.
