Candied Almonds

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
Delicious! I used sliced almonds since I'm making them for a salad. Followed the reviews and waited until all the liquid was gone - perfect! So easy. I will definitely make these again!

Tangy Chicken Fajitas

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2011
Yummy! However, it's probably not for people who are looking for a spicier traditional Mexican fajita... this is more of a summery grill dish. I served with refried beans, mexican rice, cheese, sour cream, and tortillas. Delicious!

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
Very good... however, had a hard time getting the timing right. They were soft, but not fall off the bone. May be a function of the quality of ribs we bought, though. Recipe was very good! Used sweet baby rays sauce and didn't add the plum sauce or hot pepper sauce. The sauce was perfect! Delicious!

Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2011
Delicious! Couldn't quite get the wraps rolled, but that will come with practice. Everything together was delicious though! One word to the wise - we used Louisiana wing sauce, not realizing that it's insanely spicy. I can deal with heat, but not that much! Just a heads up. Otherwise, yum!

Healthier Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2012
Wow, I wasn't sure about this, but it turned out delicious! Made just a couple changes - I hadn't planned on making it this evening, so I cooked it on the stovetop. I added 1 tbps of minced garlic with the onion and left out the carrot. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. Will definitely be making this again!

Seafood Fettuccine

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
This was yummy! I made it according the the recipe the first time. I would probably halve the pasta next time... I felt like there wasn't much seafood or sauce compared to the whole box of pasta. And will probably spruce up with a few things. But overall, very good!

Spicy Bean Salsa

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
Very good! I used minced garlic rather than garlic salt, and canned tomatoes with green chiles. Not a super spicy salsa, but I would definitely make it again!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2012
Wow! I'm a big red chili fan, so I was really skeptical while I put this together. But my very picky 18 y/o brother ate several bowls! I garnished with the cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Wouldn't really change anything, I loved it!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
This dish is amazing! I made it according to the recipe, and topped with mozzarella cheese. Boyfriend and I agreed it was a hit! Would love to play with the ingredients, since it's so simple to put together, but the basic recipe is just delicious!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2010
Amazing! I used medium tomato salsa instead of jalapeno salsa, and canned chicken instead of cooking chicken breast halves. My boyfriend was amazed I cooked something so good. So easy and such a great flavor!

Creamy Pesto Shrimp

Reviewed: May 22, 2012
Yum!! Tastes just like Red Lobster pasta. I used salad shrimp because it was cheap, and really liked it! I like how flexible the recipe is. Could easily add capers or cut asparagus.

Lemon Linguine

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2012
I loved this! I doubled the recipe so it was enough for leftovers. The only change I made was using minced garlic instead of powder. I also waited to add the parmesan cheese to each individual plate, rather than mixing it altogether. I was worried it might be dry, but this was just the right amount of butter and spices. Served with tilapia, yum!
