Butter Tart Muffins

I had never heard of a Butter Tart before trying this recipe. However, after trying these little bites of heaven, I feel I may need to look into Butter Tarts. The unique preperation for these muffins make them a nice change from your run-of-the-mill blueberry variety. Some reviewers noted that the maple flavor wasn't strong...I used pure maple syrup and it really takes these muffins to the next level! I took these into work and they were gone in no time. I will definitely make these again!

Beer Bread I

This recipe is awesome for a poor college student like myself! Three cheap ingredients combined to make some AMAZING beer bread. I used a can of Natrual Light someone had left in the fridge unattended. :) Let me just say...I never thought Natural Light could taste so good! Next time I plan to add some shredded cheese and chives. Yum!

Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas

I decided to make this because I had some ground turkey to use up. Wasn't quite sure what to expect but this recipe was fabulous...made the whole house smell delicious! Halved the recipice and it still made a ton! Thanks for the unique recipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I've tried a ton of pumpkin bread recipes but this one is by far the best! So moist and flavorful. I baked the recipe exactly as is with one exception...I replaced the cup of vegetable oil with an additional cup of pumpkin puree to make the bread a bit healthier. It came out perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

Maple Pecan Shortbread Squares

These are rediculously delicious! Made a double batch and gave half to my coworker for her birthday. Good maple syrup is key to this recipe for a strong maple flavor. Only thing I'd do differently next time is to line the pan with parchment paper. I thought a quick spritz of cooking spray would suffice...I was wrong. However, they still tasted fantastic in pieces!
