Ham 'n Swiss Biscuits

Reviewed: May 2, 2012
Yum! I used Havarti instead of Swiss and a used muffin pan; it turned out like a little pot pie. The butter seemed a little weird but tasted really good! I think next time I will use cream cheese instead of butter and cheese, then add chopped dill pickles like a ham rollup! I also think using jalapeño and cream cheese would make an awesome jalapeño popper! Thanks for sharing a fun new staple recipe :)

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
I omitted the sugar, brown sugar and jam; instead I used 3 T. jellied cranberry sauce. Everyone loved it, the cranberry gave it a little tart kick and the fruit made it sweet enough! I took the easy way out and used Stacy's Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips instead of making them.

Chinese Pearl Balls with Orange Ginger Dipping Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2012
I made Asian lettuce wraps.. I omitted the rice and sauted the meat instead of steaming... The meat was awesome and I topped it with Asian slaw... I also made the dipping sauce but the vinegar was way too strong needed less vinegar and the addition of sugar.

Never thought these words would come out of my mouth but too much garlic would cut it down a clove next time.

Awesome Spicy Beef Kabobs OR Haitian Voodoo Sticks

We love, love, Love this recipe! First time I followed the recipe to the T; since then this is our go-to marinade! Today used it on chicken and used half ground red pepper half crushed red pepper and chicken bullion just as awesome! I always omit the salt plenty in the bullion, don't need it.

Apple-Cranberry Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2011
For the crispiest topping you have to add a little water; 1-2 tablespoons. This was a good recipe I doubled the topping, cranberries and used a 9x13 pan. Next time I would use a sweeter apple, the Granny Smith with the cranberries were too tart. The addition of vanilla ice cream really helped the tartness!

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings

Very good I added sweet chili sauce and just marinated the wings for a few hours. I then used a rotisserie and didn't add anymore sauce. They were awesome!

Graham Cracker Brownies

I made a ganache out of Hersey’s bars that I put on the top while still warm. I topped that with a layer of mini marshmallows that I toasted under the broiler. Love them!

Creamy Cordon Bleu Bake

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2011
I used panko instead of Saltines and next time I wouldn't use the cream of celery gave it a weird sweetness. It needs starch rice or noodles; overall not bad and very easy to make.
