Christmas Egg Puff

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2014
Oh so yummy. Oh so easy. I added a bit of freshly ground pepper and a bit of ground mustard. My family devoured thus. Will make again and again. You could top it with veggies but I wouldn't bake them in because it may ruin the wonderful creamy texture.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 1, 2013
This is a really good base recipe. I used buttermilk ranch from a packet and added buttermilk rather than milk for tartness. I also used grape tomatoes. Where I really deviated from the recipe was the addition of a heart of romaine, shredded. It added great, and much needed, crunch and it cut the saltiness. As I made it, it was great, but I really needed that crunch to get it to five star status.

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2012
This is simply the best slaw I have ever eaten, much less made! I served this with pulled pork BBQ for an informal extended family dinner and all thought it was excellent. Most highly recommended.

Barbie's Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2011
Wow. I needed a solid, tested recipe for a luncheon and choose this after reading the reviews. I made the recipe as written (after I scaled it for 52 servings) and the results are spectacular. This isn't your grandmother's tuna salad by any means! My children loved it as well. Don't be afraid. Try this and you will never go back to traditional tuna salad.
