This was quite good. I didn't have fresh basil this time of year, so I used dried. I added fresh Parmesan at the table. Iused half and half because that was all I had and it was fine. At the end I needed to thicken the sauce a bit with a small shake of Wondra. I would like to double the sauce next time as it wasn't enough to coat all the pasta.
Of course I didn't read other reviews until AFTER I made it, or I would have known about the sauce.
I should add, I first cooked the chicken in the pan, then removed it. Cooked the sauce in that pan.
This reminded me of a really rich dish from Olive Garden!
