Daily Log

Today was really hard we had to rehome our pets that we have grown to love very much though it was for the best for us in this time in our lives it’s very difficult.  I woke up extremely sick and had to pull it together to function.  We didn’t get to eat on schedule the way we were supposed too but I tried to consume as much of the plan we had set up as I could.

What I realized was that it may take a few weeks before I can consume that much fruits and veggies because my stomach is extremely messed up right now.  BLEH!  I did not drink any water and should be sent to the guillotine for that.. OFF WITH MY HEAD!

Isn’t it crazy at how busy life can get in the moment that you are too busy to take time to rehydrate?  I must admit that I ate so much melon that I was potting all day I will give myself a smidgen of credit for cleaning out my kidneys.

Try again tomorrow!
