Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2012
Followed the recipe exactly and it was so delicious! I opened the foil and removed the skin at the end, and broiled it for a few minutes. It did have alot of oil, but we drizzled it over the fish when we served it. Served with lemon rice. Kids loved it too! Thank you for sharing!

Cheesecake Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2009
Yummy! I couldn't locate an 8x8 pan (which is waht the brownie mix called for), so I used a mini muffin pan. Perfect! I used others suggestions with adding about 2/3 brownie mix, then cheesecake mix, remaining brownie mix. They were bitesize and perfect! Thanks for the recipe!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
This was one of the best tasting soups ever! Thank you for the recipe. I had a ham bone so I took someone elses advice and boiled it to make stock. I used this stock in place of water. And I stripped the ham from the bone for use in the soup. Other than that, I didn't make any other changes and it was wonderful! I can't wait to make it again!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
OH MY GOSH.... This is SOOOOO good!! I mean, it fell off my fork, it was so tender and juicy. I altered it a little, with what I had at home. I used cream of chicken mushroom soup, and I didn't have white wine.. so I put a little red wine in it for the taste. Also, I seasoned it with lots of garlic powder, pepper, and season salt. I cooked the soup on the stovetop, with the milk and wine, and added a good bit of paprika and some sour cream I had in the fridge. I added it to the pork and baked it. I had very thin chops.. so I baked them 20 minutes alone and 20 minutes with the soup. This was so good, I can't wait to eat the leftovers. Thank you for sharing!

Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2007
Very good! And super quick to make. I added extra onion and a few cloves of garlic. And took other's advice and added sour cream to the mix. Also, I used cream of chicken/mushroom soup because it was all I had on hand.

Tater Tot Casserole III

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2007
I thought this recipe was very good. I was looking for something to make with my leftover ham. So, I added cubed ham. I didn't have cream of chicken soup, so I added cream of celery. I enjoyed the corn flake crust on top. Yummy!! Thanks for sharing!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

We loved this! I didn't change a thing, except I accidentally added the sour cream at the beginning. It turned out perfect anyway. It was very moist and so tastey. I served it over rice. Thanks for sharing!

Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2005
I can't say enough about this recipe. I love crabcakes, but don't eat them often because of the cost of crabmeat. The bay seasoning really fools you to think there is crabmeat in them. I love them, as does my husband and 16 month old. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
