My husband loved this recipe. Definitely a keeper. I also added a little more spices and I thought it was perfect!

Hoagie Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2005
I made this for a superbowl party and it was awesome!!! Definitely a keeper recipe. Instead of hoagie rolls, I just bought a large loaf of italian bread and sliced it.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2004
This is an amazing recipe! I have tried many chocolate chip cookie recipes and I'm disappointed b/c they're not consistent. I've found the cookies to be either too flat, too cake like, too greasy, etc. I've made this recipe about 6 times now. The last time I had run out of semi-sweet chips so I used milk choc. chips and some crushed Hershey's Mildly Sweet Dark Chocolate. They turned out great! Definitely bakery style cookies!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2001
I made this turkey along with another recipe (awesome cranberry, sausage, apple stuffing) for Thanksgiving and my husband thought it was the best meal I've ever made! And, realize, that I've cooked for him for fifteen years! I will be making this for Christmas dinner as well since the family is raving about it still. Enjoy!
