Seminary Muffins

Reviewed: May 22, 2010
Yum! I've made these twice in 3 days... my family LOVES them! I omitted the walnuts (didn't have any) and use whole wheat white flour. The second time around I used pureed bananas that I had frozen (because I didn't have any fresh) and they turned out delicious! This is definitely a keeper recipe in my house!!

Artichoke Chicken

Yummy! My entire family loved this recipe. I'll be making it again. After reading the review, I substituted half of the mayo for sour cream, but left the rest of the recipe alone. I plan to add some portobella mushrooms to it next time for even more flavor. Thanks for sharing!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2006
This recipe was an absolute hit! Everyone at the party wanted the recipe. I cooked it as per the instructions to let it brown and cook throughout and then put it in a crockpot on low to keep it warm and allow guests to eat it at leisure. A keeper recipe! Thanks!

All Day Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2006
I'm asked to bring this recipe to get-togethers, it's a hit with us! The kids prefer the mild cheddar to sharp cheddar, so i typically use it instead. It's not a creamy macaroni so don't expect it to be. We usually eat it as a side dish to something else. Yum!

Soft Pineapple Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2006
Awesome cookies... so soft and chewy. My kids, my husband and I can't stay away from them. I think i'm going to have to make some more today!! Be sure to keep them on the pan for 5 minutes before removing to the cooling rack. They have to "set" before you can remove them --otherwise, they'll fall apart.

Fabulous! I followed this recipe exactly, except i didn't wait for an hour before cooking. Instead, I cooked them right away. They were perfect. We sweetened them with brown sugar, butter and syrup before eating. Yum!

Slow Cooker Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2003
I made this recipe for Thanksgviving. It was definately a hit! I put too much chicken broth in for our liking. It was much too mushy. Fixed that by adding more bread crumbs. Yummy! Will definately make again. It freed my oven up for other items.

Burrito Pie

What a hit! I omitted the the chili peppers and used the mild Rotel for the tomotaoes and green peppers to suit the likings of the kids. This is a great recipe! Makes a LOT!! So, plan on leftovers or have some friends over!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2003
Pretty good and tasty burgers! They really were moist on the inside. I omitted the cayenne pepper (much too spicy for me) and it was kind of bland. Next time I'll add some seasoning to it before I cook them in place of the cayenne.

Peach Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2002
Delicious! I used 5 peaches and followed the recipe -- except I used a glass 13 x 9 pan instead. It was wonderful -- however, next time I think I'll add even more peaches. The more fruit the better. A must try recipe, thanks!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2002
What a great recipe! My husband won't let me make a roast any other way. I've added fresh mushrooms -- since the kids love them and it turned out great. I've even tried Cream of Mushroom and Garlic soup for a wonderful outcome.

Best Brownies

Mmm.. yummy! I made this recipe on the spur of the moment. Had all the ingredients on hand. Very quick and easy to make. Added about 1 TBSP of milk to the frosting to thin it. Was powdery without it. Definately try this recipe!!
